Restaurants · Hotels · Chefs — together

Many kitchens.
One table. One day.

HesaTable brings restaurants, hotels and independent chefs together to cook one shared menu on one day. Each partner owns a course, guests buy one ticket, and every partner is paid their share automatically.

How a shared day works

One organizer, several kitchens, one experience. HesaTable handles the menu plan, the timing, the allergen sheet, the tickets and the money split.

STEP 01

Partners team up

A host invites restaurants, hotels and chefs. Each partner takes one course and sets its share of the ticket.

STEP 02

One menu, one schedule

Courses, times, venues and allergens go into one plan. Every kitchen sees exactly when its course goes out.

STEP 03

Guests buy one ticket

Guests pay once. The platform keeps its fee and every partner receives the agreed share of each ticket.

Two formats

Collab Dinner — one venue

Several kitchens cook together in one hotel or restaurant. Each course comes from a different partner, served at one long table.

  • Uses the host venue's existing licence
  • Ideal for hotels with event space

Dine-Around — one route

Guests walk from venue to venue on one day. Starter here, main course there, dessert at the hotel bar.

  • Each course served inside a licensed venue
  • Brings new guests to every partner

How everyone earns

Partners pay nothing upfront. HesaTable takes a small fee from each sold ticket. Optional partner plans add promotion and more events per month.

  • Ticket fee per guest (default 12 %)
  • Partner plan for featured placement
  • Corporate and conference dine-arounds on request
